Join the Garden Angels

Have you been looking for a way to make a difference but don’t know how?

If so, please consider helping the Corpus Christi Garden Angels. We are currently looking for individuals to help us maintain the church grounds. You can choose the amount of time you volunteer and when. Great opportunity for the youth, families and anyone who likes gardening or being outdoors.

Opportunities available but not limited to the following:

Pick one Station of the Cross in the parking lot, The Grotto where our outdoor Masses are celebrated, The Pieta, The children with Jesus statue.
**You can pick any of the above to simply weed occasionally, plant some flowers and/or water the plants.**

Weekend Mass Schedule – May 30-31, 2020

Mass Schedule for this weekend:

Saturday, May 30th @ 4pm Livestreamed on Facebook and Corpus Christi website

Saturday, May 30th @ 7pm (Portuguese) – Outdoor mass

Sunday, May 31st @ 8am – Outdoor mass

Governor Murphy announced an Executive Order No. 142 (2020) providing for outdoor gatherings with restrictions. This Executive Order will allow for outdoor Masses while people REMAIN IN THEIR CARS AND Bishop Checchio is permitting this


An atmosphere of reverence and respect must be maintained.

Parishioners will park 6ft. apart facing the Grotto.

Parishioners MUST remain in their car at all times and wear masks when receiving communion.

For the reception of Holy Communion, the priest will move to each car.

Out of reverence for the Sacrament and the safety of the priest, parishioners MUST remain till the Mass has completely ended. (Final Blessing)

Portuguese Mass – May 30, 2020

Corpus Christi Church will celebrate Mass in Portuguese on Saturday, May 30th at 7:00 PM in the Church parking lot. According to civil rules, you will have to stay in your car for the entire Mass and wear masks especially when receiving Communion.
